Temptation and Victory in Christ       Rick Noecker and Samuel Herrick       Location: Fellowship Hall

This class will review the Scriptural stories and teaching related to temptation that have particular relevance for today's believer. Each week will cover a specific temptation, such as pride, idols, and laziness. And because our Lord and Savior dealt with temptation by using scripture, the focus of the class will be on specific passages that give us great encouragement in dealing with that week's temptation, as well as small group discussion and prayer.

Colossians                Rhys Burnett                    Location: Library

This scripture study will cover the Apostle Paul's letter to the church in Colossae, an introduction to the letter, it's themes and context, then a weekly passage review with discussion of its implications and application for the believer.

Standing Firm                 Carl Haaland                    Location: Choir Room

This class is open to anyone, but is designed with the Choir in mind and will end around 10:45 in order to give the Choir time to warm-up before the service. They will explore Christian living and our response to the pressures of this life. An opportunity to take a look at what God promises to us as his children. A look at standing firm through the tough days.
